What we make
Every collection shares one finish system, one function-code system and one packing standard — so a single project can mix ranges without translating between them.

Why buyers stay
Most accounts start with one trial order. They stay because the second, third and hundredth carton looks exactly like the first — same finish batch, same function codes, same packing.
The same finish codes, function codes and packing standard run through every collection. Specify a whole building without cross-referencing three suppliers.
Handleset, deadbolt, knob lock and lever lock all sit on one cylinder platform — so a house hands over with two keys instead of eleven.
ISO 9001:2015, ANSI/BHMA A156.2 and A156.5 Grade 2, CE to EN 12209 and EN 1906. Certificate numbers published, reports sent on request.
The people who quote your drawing run the line that makes it. Technical questions get technical answers the same day.
How we work
A predictable four-stage route. You always know which stage your order is in.
Send a model number, a drawing or a photo of the hardware you are replacing. You get a quotation with function, finish, backset and packing stated.
Catalogue samples at unit price, credited against the first order. Finish samples free. OEM artwork and ODM T1 samples signed off before tooling runs.
One finish batch per order. Keyed alike, master key or keyed different, in Kwikset, Weiser, Yale or Schlage profiles.
Your inspection or a third-party agency, then FOB, CIF or DDP with the declarations the destination market needs.
Inside the factory
Zinc alloy die casting, CNC machining, polishing, electroplating, cylinder pinning, assembly, cycle testing and packing — all of it under one roof in Zhongshan, so a tolerance question does not have to travel down a supply chain before it gets an answer.
Zinc alloy #3 ingot is melted and cast on 88–160 ton machines. First-article dimensions are checked against the drawing before the run is released.
Gates are removed, then keyway, spindle bore and screw holes are machined on CNC and drill-tap stations.
Vibratory finishing followed by hand belt polishing. This is the step that decides whether a plated finish looks like hardware or looks like a casting.
Rack electroplating, PVD or powder coat depending on the finish code. Bath chemistry and thickness are logged per batch.

No sales script, no forwarding to a trading company. Your enquiry goes straight to an engineer who will tell you what it costs, how long it takes, and where the design could be cheaper.
